  Been coming here for a long time! Spent countless dollars on coffee, food, etc. They're not a terrible establishment!
  
  I'm a big regular here so I know about 95% of the staff by name, as they do for me. They also know all of my orders based on the time of year, which just exemplifies the amount of money I spend here.
  
  I'm their quintessential definition of their motto, "Run on Dunkin."
  
  Anyways, their food is pretty good. I'm a big fan of their hash browns. It may be just me, but those things are addicting! Their breakfasts are also really good. My favorites are the sausage/bacon, egg and cheese on either any type of bagel or the original croissant. Their breakfast wraps are also really good. Bagels are good as well. My favorite is a toasted bagel with their vegetable cream cheese! Not a huge fan of any of their other hot foods.
  
  In all honesty, if you go in past 2-3:00 PM, some of their donuts and munchkins are stale or dry as heck. I once went in at around 3:30 to pickup 100 munchkins for work. Got to work and opened them for everyone, but to their and my dismay, the munchkins were dry, hard and just very sub-par.
  
  Their pretty prompt on the 'on the go' orders. Only a few times have I went in and my order wasn't ready which isn't a huge deal. I wait patiently.
  
  Overall, not a terrible place. I can definitely see that if you're not a regular here, their staff may come off as dismissive and/or rude at times.

  Not properly stocked, incredibly rude employees, extremely long waits. Will not be coming to this location anymore. Today was the last straw- as I was ordering the woman waiting on me cuts me off and asks how I'm paying. When I told her cash and a gift card she cut me off again and said she didn't know if the machine would work. No apology or courtesy.

  Ragini and Salvi are amazing! They always are so friendly and helpful. Today, my mom left her purse at the store and they looked after it until I was able to come pick it up. So appreciative of them!

  absolutely MEH. the people working here are unsocial, they couldn't change my drink order a size up because they "already made it" and the only saving grace was that it was clean

  I literally come here every other day. They always seem to get my order wrong. It feels like random things are broken or not working every other time I go whether it be for drinks or sandwiches. The customer service is terrible. The only reason I even keep going is because it's the closest one to me open late. If you can go to any other dunkin, Do It!
